Brian grew up on the southside of Indianapolis and later attended Indiana University from 1995-2001 where he studied Finance. Brian started his career in the financial services industry in 2001 at American Express Financial Advisors. He was a Financial Advisor and Vice President with National City/PNC from 2003 to 2012. Brian Napier, Michael Renninger, and Thomas Mincy founded Silver Birch Capital Advisors in 2013.
Brian married his wife Megan in 2012 and they have two sons William and Caleb. He enjoys fishing, golf, and spending free time with family and friends.
